Propeller – How To Create An Account

In “Social Media Takes Off” I had described a social media site called Propeller. As a follow up I am going to create an account for Cape Cod Branding and document the process for those who are interesting in establishing a web presence on Propeller. Creating an account is free, fast, and easy – I created an account in five steps and within minutes. Screen shots are provided with highlighted areas in green for your convenience.
Propeller Account Creation
Here is the quick step by step process for creating an account on Propeller:
1. Access the Propeller “Front Page” by clicking here.
2. Click “Sign Up For Free” as shown in Figure 1 below.

2. Enter the requested information in the “Choose a Member Name”, “Your E-mail Address*”, “Choose a Password” and “Retype Password” fields. Once all information is entered click “Sign Up”. This information is all located within the “Sign Up For Free” section of the page as shown in Figure 2.

A confirmation message will be displayed as shown in Figure 3.

Check the e-mail address you entered for a verification e-mail. Click on the provided link as shown in Figure 4.

Verify that you are provided with a corresponding welcome message as shown in Figure 5.

Now you are all set to begin using and exploring Propeller – good luck and have fun!
